All products offered by Kleos International are subject to availability, and many of our items are custom-made or branded according to the specific requirements of our clients. Product colors, materials, and finishing may vary slightly from the images displayed on the website due to manufacturing processes and display differences. Customized products require final approval from the client before production begins, and once customization and production have started, changes may no longer be possible.
3. Orders & Quotations
All quotations provided by Kleos International are valid only for a limited period unless otherwise specified. Orders are considered confirmed only after receiving written approval from the client along with payment confirmation. Pricing may vary depending on the order quantity, customization requirements, and delivery timelines. Certain customized products may also require minimum order quantities to proceed with production
4. Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the terms stated in the invoice provided by Kleos International. Production of orders may begin only after the required advance payment has been received and confirmed. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the full payment must be completed before the final delivery of the products. Late payments may lead to delays in order processing, production schedules, or delivery timelines.
5. Production & Delivery
Production timelines may vary depending on the type of product, level of customization, and total order volume. Delivery timelines provided by Kleos International are estimates and may change due to logistics conditions or other external factors beyond our control. Kleos International is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, shipping providers, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of the website or services provided by Kleos International will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts within the United Arab Emirates.
